All three estimate how likely a heart attack or stroke is in the next ten years, with published European risk models, entirely in your browser. They differ in what they ask and in what they promise.

SCORE2

The risk model of the European Society of Cardiology for apparently healthy people: SCORE2 from 40 to 69, SCORE2-OP from 70 to 89. Six questions. You get your ten-year risk, the ESC risk category and a reference with ideal values. No treatment effects: move your own values and see what changes.

Ages 40 to 89 · no diabetes under 70 · no earlier heart disease

Original calculator

The first Heart Health app, unchanged: circles that fill as you type on a keypad, the same six models and treatment what-ifs, in English. Kept for everyone who knows it and as the reference the extended calculator was verified against.
